Next chapter planned out! Two plot threads tied off, some skulduggery, some revelations, and some novel research methods exposed. Looking forward to writing it.

Three chapters of the new conclusion done! Not entirely sure how many more to go – at least three, possibly more. Still, well on the way through it!

Chase scene complete! Tomorrow I write the thrilling conclusion! People may shout at each other, about things! Very exciting!

Diving into Chapter 27, already over 700 words done and I’m maybe 40% (or less) through my mind map of the chapter. This is going to run pretty long.

Today I planned out the next chapter – although given the size, it might well become multiple chapters. It’s actually got some action, a chase sequence and of course the good guys use rail and the bad guy uses tyres. Blame my history teacher.

Another chapter consisting mostly of talking done. Time for some action next time.

Grinding on through another chapter. Today was about 50% new, 50% salvage. One more day should finish this chapter off, I think.

20 words in the last version has turned into 500 in this. But it helps keep the plot pot bubbling, and helps to re-establish some points from earlier in the book. So not bloat, “expansion”.

Only some minor scribbling today, as I got home late – the intro for the next Holmes review. No idea when I will do the actual review though, as the DVD player is monopolized by Game of Thrones.

Planned out the next chapter – about 50% new material, 50% recycled, I think. Won’t get to start it tomorrow, though – going to be out until late, so I’ll probly be zonked, I’ll do up the intro for Pearl Of Death instead.
