Recent Scribbling: Historical Nasty Types

Not posted here in a while, but I have been doing the daily scribbling. Main reason I haven’t posted is because all my writing has been for my column at Headstuff, but I don’t want to say what’s in those before they’re published! I do have other plans for the year, I’ll post here if anything happens with that.

    Thanks for the Interesting article on Anna Leonowens but please note that her husband died in Penang and is buried in the old European cemetary in George Town. She lied not only about his occupation and case of death but also where he had died. I have never heard of tiger hunts in Singapore.
