Today’s Scribbling: Novel rewrites
Back into the novel rewriting grind, hurrah. Not a lot to say – got through another scene, went back and fixed some sequencing errors, pretty much the usual.
Today’s Scribbling: Novel rewrites
Busy day of brain work led into quiet evening of rewrites. Slapstick tightened up, and only lucky thirteen chapters to go! Still not quite reached the point where the radical plot surgery needs to kick in, though.
Today’s Scribbling: Movie Review – Sherlock Holmes and the Secret Weapon (1943)
Today I finished up the review of Sherlock Holmes and the Secret Weapon and added pictures. It’s not a bad film – not one of my favourite in the series, but definitely worth a watch.
Today’s Scribbling: Sherlock Holmes and the Secret Weapon (not quite finished)
Today’s scribbling is another Rathbone/Bruce Sherlock Holmes review. Sadly, I don;t have quite enough time to write up my conclusions or add pictures to it, as I have to get up for a training class in the morning, so that will probably be tomorrow’s scribbling.
Today’s Scribbling: Novel (plus some work stuff that doesn’t count)
Today I mostly wrote up some stuff about securing RESTful web services against tampering and spoofing. But that’s work and doesn’t count, so I did some novel rewrites as well. Actual content tomorrow, I think – possibly another Sherlock review.
Today’s Scribbling: Novel chewing
After zooming through the last chapter, now I’ve hit a bit I really need to get my teeth into. Pointless action to prevent this being 10 chapters of talking. Which needs to be made less pointless. Wot larks.
Today’s Scribbling: Novel rewrites – a new chapter at last!
First time into a new chapter in nearly a month! Nice soft rewrite to start too, although I think I will be back over it once I get back into the swing of it.
Today’s Scribbling: Novel back on track!
Yes, only a month behind schedule (blame pitching), the novel final draft is finally back to the 50% mark (after I had added a bunch more work to it). The only way is up!
Today’s Scribbling: Unexpected pitch-writing
Today I had planned to do some novel work, but I got derailed by a sudden pitch inspiration. Which then got derailed by flu brain no worky. At least got enough of a skeleton down that I will not forget it.
